What could be more exhilarating than taking the family out into the cool, crisp air, slapping on a pair of skates and gliding the day away on one of our well-maintained municipal rinks or skating trails. Our skating season is generally from mid-November through to March (weather inclement).

Sleigh Rides

A traditional sleigh ride is great fun for the whole family. Bundle up and enjoy snuggling next to your loved one as you sip a warm beverage and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as you are drawn along a forested path guided by expert and majestic creatures. Nothing beats a sleigh ride on a cold crisp winter day!

Winter in the Ottawa Valley means lots of snow and crisp temperatures - perfect snowmobiling weather for sledding enthusiasts. We offer snowmobile enthusiasts over 2,550km/1,580 mi of groomed Trans Ontario Provincial (TOP) trails and local trails that wind through picturesque villages, along abandoned rail beds, past old mine sites and ghost towns.
