Barry's Bay Railway StationCome to the Barry’s Bay Railway Station in the historic Opeongo Square to find out more about the history of Barry’s Bay and the Railway. The Station, which is still in its original location, has been lovingly restored and is home to a small but growing collection of railway artefacts and our newly acquired collection of telegraph equipment. Just around the corner from the station is Barry’s Bay’s original wooden water tower - the last of its kind in the province! Railway enthusiasts and hikers alike can enjoy a stroll along the old railway tracks connecting Barry’s Bay to Wilno & Whitney. The Barry’s Bay Railway Station also houses a visitor information Centre and South of 60 Arts Centre. The Station is open:
May & June Thursday – Monday 10 – 4
July & Aug daily 10 – 6 and 10 – 9 on Fridays
Sept – Thanksgiving Thursday – Monday 10 – 4
