“Misshipeshu”

The Misshipeshu (horned serpent) is an aboriginal spirit living in lakes and rivers.

The pendant is worn as a symbol of respect, and as a reminder to be prepared in mind, spirit, and body when near the water. In Ojibway culture respect for the water must be shown if Misshipeshu is not to cause you harm.

These pendants were made from authentic fallen antlers that have been found in the wild and been hand-carved to shape animals and creatures that represent native stories and traditions of the Ojibway and other native cultures.
