Park Opens Daily For Summer Beginning June 23rd
RENFREW, ON – 23 June 2010 – With the return of summer another season of fun arrives in Renfrew County as Storyland Park opens for daily operations on Wednesday, June 23rd.
“We’re rolling out all kinds of new entertainment in the park this summer” announced park owner Todd Mattila-Hartman. “We’re taking our most popular shows, like Alice’s Tea Party, and overhauling them to make the shows more interactive for the kids. Plus throughout the summer the park will continue to bring in special performers and host special events all geared to make your day even more entertaining.”
To help bring all of these new shows to life Storyland has hired a professional actress and scriptwriter to help manage the entertainment department. Erica O’Reilly has a big vision for what can be done. “Our vision is to create an atmosphere where people feel like they’re stepping into the world of our characters” stated Ms. O’Reilly.
Storyland is open daily from Wednesday June 23rd through Labour Day, Monday September 6th, and again for the new Fall Fest, part of the Ottawa Valley’s Rural Ramble, on the weekend of September 18th and 19th.
