Pure Life Adventures has teamed up with Paddle Canada Certified Instructors to offer Sea Kayak Instruction to those with little to no experience in this sport. Sea Kayaking is terific exercise and a superb way to explore our abundance of rivers and lakes in the Ottawa Valley and Pontiac.

Your day will include a gear talk focused on personal gear and clothing, boat design, sizing, and purchasing information; paddle strokes and manouvers; safety techniques; afternoon tour, and lunch.
