“CAPITAL CUP” NATIONAL SNOWCROSS CALABOGIE PEAKS RESORT

DECEMBER 3-4, 2011

On December 3-4, hundreds of the world’s best snowmobile racing teams will roll into the Ottawa Valley to compete at the “Season Opener” Capital Cup” Snowmobile Snowcross Races at Calabogie Peaks Resort.  

The Calabogie Peaks races will feature over (400) racer entries from across Canada and the USA.  The new Calabogie snowmobile race course will be made with natural and man made snow. The challenging race course will feature a 60' foot wide, 1/4 mile up hill vertical starting line, huge jumps; downhill drop offs, twists and turns.  The ½ mile race course will be built on the mountain directly in front of the resort so spectators can view all the action from the licensed patio or trackside.

The weekends races will feature (42) classes of competition including Amateur and Vintage racing classes.   Trail Sport classes are available for men and women first time racers, there are also classes for Junior riders and kids as young as 4 years of age.

Spectator Info:

Spectators will have opportunity to meet the racers each day for autographs and may also win some amazing door prizes. 

Kids will all receive Free Racing Posters and Stickers.

Gates open to spectators:        Saturday December 3^rd. 9:00AM - 4:00PM
