Saturday February 4th, 2012. 8 AM to Midnight. The day starts off with some action packed woman's hockey followed by the stars of yesterday in the afternoon. As the games are played on the ice the sweet tunes of area musicians will start in the early afternoon in The Eagles Nest. The music will go into early evening and will not stop but will change locations to Frisco's Restaurant in Beautiful downtown Eganville. The evening Hootenanny will go into the wee hours I'm sure.

Victim Services of Renfrew County is hosting "Denim & Diamonds Fundraising Dance featuring Ben Rutz, 6 time CCMA nominated Fiddle Player of the year, and special guests. Doors open at 8pm. Saturday - Feb. 11, 2012 Calabogie Peaks Resort will be teaming up again with Big Rock Brewery to host a Military Appreciation and club fun day. This means serving(and retired), Regular (and Reserve), and Force personnel will able to ski or board for free.
