Board of Directors
The Ottawa Valley Tourist Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected from the membership.
The Board is comprised of nine to fourteen voting Directors, inlcuding:
- Between five and nine individuals from the OVTA membership
- Two representatives from the County of Renfrew's Council (one appointed plus the Warden or his/her delegate)
- Two representatives from the City of Pembroke (one appointed from Council plus a non-voting staff representative)
- OVTA Past President
The management of the Association is vested in the Board of Directors who are responsible for overseeing policy, direction and financial matters of the Association. The Board of Directors meet approximately nine times per year at the OVTA Office in Pembroke.
